Practice strategy to try:
Remember the Doctor Phone Call? The patient makes a new patient appointment. The doctor then calls the patient to say hello and have a brief discussion with the new patient before he/she arrives. Now is the perfect time to utilize this phone call. A potential patient sees your site and calls for an appointment. Even though we don’t know when we will open our doors, your call to that patient will stand out. When you are ready to open, the patient will want to see you because you called. You can do the same thing with new patients who have already scheduled, surgery patients that needed to be put off. It’s a wonderful use of the time that we have on our hands right now, and our patients will be so appreciative.
