Communicating with your Patients Part 2

Staying in communication with your patients will provide them with confidence and reassurance that you care and that things will be back to normal. Writing individual letters to those patients will give them that reassurance. It differentiates you, as well. We are asking our staff as well as our doctors to write letters to every patient. The priority is:

  1. Active patients
  2. New patients.
  3. Prophy patients
  4. Everyone else

In addition we are calling every patient, rescheduling the active patients, and finding some way to reschedule the preventive maintenance patients. The state of Florida is allowing no elective treatment until after May 8.

You can be of service to your referral base, even at this time. You can email them and let them know that you are available for their emergencies, if you choose to.
