This section on Scheduling is absolutely brilliant. We discovered a way to have complete control over production and collection. Before we implemented this, our doctors were not maximized on their production, they sat around a lot and had spurts of being super busy to spurts of having nothing to do. Also, our stats fluctuate a lot. Some weeks were high and successful, while others were slow and unproductive.
